In addition to reporting on and publishing individual case reports, we also compile periodic analytical reports (see 2015, 2021 and 2023 reports below). We also undertook two research projects, one on exceptionally lengthy and complex cases (2018) and a national review of District Court child care proceedings (2019). We also respond to requests to submit observations from Government Departments and Oireachtas Committees. All these reports and submissions are published below.
